The project offers legal assistance to people who cannot afford this service, which is so necessary today, with so many conflicts that require a solution.

The IDF provides the community with legal advice, at no cost to the citizen, who receives advice, guidance, assistance and, if applicable, has his/her demand forwarded to the Judiciary.

With “Amparo Advocacia”, the judicial process demanded is followed, from beginning to end, with all the professionalism of the IDF professionals.

Alimony, drug supply, and even a paternity investigation are examples of actions that are filed through the court assistance bill.

Citizens receive a specialized service and do not need to submit to the bureaucracy that exists in public bodies or institutions that teach law courses.
